Amanda is having a sleepover* and she hopes that you’ll attend.
There will be games. There will be secrets. There will be snacks (if you bring them…this show is online).
Grab your pajamas, log onto your computer, and join us for a wild, weird, nostalgic gathering unlike any you’ve experienced before.
The Sleepover is an experimental, immersive theatre piece and it isn’t complete without you. Participation is encouraged, but not required.
Recommended for ages 18+

Hana Clarice
Hana Clarice is thrilled to be making her Sisters Freehold debut and has enjoyed collaborating with this creative and nurturing group of artists. She was last seen in Bare and Collective Rage: A Play In 5 Betties at Iron Crow Theatre. She also appeared in Silver Spring Stage’s Intimate Apparel and has done work with KIT District, the Capital Fringe Festival, and the One-Minute Play Festival. Hana earned her BFA in acting from University of Maryland Baltimore County, where her credits include Leah’s Dybbuk (world premiere); A Game of Love and Chance; Gum; Two Gentlemen of Verona; and 3D: Diversity, Disparity, Dialogue. She also completed the core training program at The Studio Acting Conservatory.

Molly Shayna Cohen
Molly Shayna Cohen (she/hers) is a DC / Baltimore based collaborative interdisciplinary artist. She is a company member of the experimental theatre group The Acme Corporation, founding and active member of film collective Lux Daze Media, and Associate Artistic Director of Theatre of the Electric Mouth. She has performed, directed, and designed for The Smithsonian Discovery Theatre, Baltimore Center Stage, Single Carrot Theatre, Theatre Alliance, Prologue Theatre, and more.

Holly Gibbs
Holly Gibbs is a Baltimore-based actor, singer and sometime voiceover artist. She also dabbles in some sketch comedy writing and is thrilled to be adding “deviser” to her theatrical resume. Locally, she been fortunate to tread the boards at the Fells Point Corner Theater, the Baltimore Shakespeare Factory, with Cockpit-in-Court, Vagabond Theatre and Single Carrot Theatre among others. Favorite onstage credits include: Norma Baxter in Perfect Arrangement; the Nurse in Romeo & Juliet, Lenny in Crimes of the Heart, Ursula in The Little Mermaid, Don Armado in Loves Labours Lost, Sister Mary Acacius in The Divine Sister, and Veronica Novak in God of Carnage. Holly earned her BA in Theatre from Goucher College. Huge thanks to Ann and Makeima for this unique opportunity, and to this talented cast and crew for their passion and creativity. Shana Herndon
Shana Herndon is a Baltimore-based actress and model. She began her career in theater with the stage production Churches, Chances, Choices and recently started her career in film. Her favorite role was as August in the short film “Leo & August.” She also has a recurring role in sketch comedy series on Youtube called “Cherch.”

Jacqueline Youm is a Senegalese American actor, lawyer, and French|English|Spanish|Mediation|Negotiation teacher. She is passionate and insatiable when it comes to theatre & film. Co-director: Makeima Freeland
Makeima Freeland is a Baltimore-based theatremaker, triple threat performer, and a proud member of Delta Psi Omega (ΔΨΩ); she loves what she does and does it with passion. Some of her favorite onstage roles include William Barfée (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Agatha (The Moors), and Valentine (The Two Gentlemen of Verona). Off-stage, Makeima was the Assistant Director for the Baltimore Shakespeare Factory (BSF) production of Hamlet, produced in original pronunciation in 2019. She is an expert in formal rhetoric thanks to her passion for wordplay and has worked as a rhetorician for the BSF production of The Merry Wives of Windsor. She has also worked as a dramaturg (Flyin’ West) and stage manager. As an artistic director, she plans on using her platform to redefine theatre.

Annie Malady (they/them) is based on the East Coast and a Loyola University MD alumnus. They have directed Wit and designed costumes for Sin (A Cardinal Deposed). Stage management and crew: The Legend of Georgia McBride (Mānoa Valley Theatre), Fun Home (Mānoa Valley Theatre), A Short Reunion (Single Carrot Theatre), Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson (Loyola University MD), Goldor $ Mythyka (Loyola University MD), Farragut North (Loyola University MD).

Production Designer: Rowan Suder
Rowan Suder is a Baltimore-based creative and Loyola University MD alumnus. They were the set designer for Loyola’s The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised], Sin (A Cardinal Deposed), and Wit, as well as the set designer for Iron Crow Theatre’s Cloud 9, The Mystery of Love and Sex, and Collective Rage: A Play in Five Betties. You may have also seen some of their scenic paintings at productions for Compass Rose Theater in Annapolis. They’re very grateful to have the chance to work on this production with both new and familiar faces.
